Procedure for getting a driveway permit and address.

Step 1:

Contact Wiley Crandall  at (715) 850-0205 to approve the location or the need for a culvert.  


Step 2:

If he approves the permit he will collect 25 dollars from applicant and  submit that fee and paperwork to the Town of Townsend Clerk.

The Clerk will then notify the County  ( Jared Thompson - County Land Information Systems) that the permit for a driveway has been approved by the town.


Step 3:

The land owner will now complete the Application for Oconto County Physical Address form. along with $50 dollar fee.

Step 4: The Lannd Information department will then contact  Assistant Zoning Administrator  (Tim Barthel ) who will assign a fire number .

THE OWNER WILL THEN BE NOTIFIED OF THEIR  FIRE  NUMBER
