County road  ——  65 feet to centerline  or 35 feet from right of way

State road  —— 75 feet to centerline    or 45 feet from right of way

 County permit is required if building within 1000 feet of high water mark of state waters

County Conditional Use permit required if more than 200 yards of fill are used.
