ATTACHMENTS TO PROVIDE:

1. If classification or building use involves any hazardous materials ……provide as an attachment with the chemical data sheet  for it and amount stored on site.       

2.Describe any special containment measures if needed for chemical or other potentially dangerous gasses or solid materials. 

3. Describe any safety features that will be installed to meet OSHA standards for worker protection.

4. One set of  building plans. If project requires state approved provide copy of that approved plan with the approval letter the state provides. If architect developed provide a professional stamped copy.
