Other Required Building Permits

Permits are required for home remodeling and additions that exceed $2500 in a calendar year and for any changes to accessory buildings or decks or for building a new accessory building or deck. For these permits use the following short form application.

NOTE:

If you are moving an existing building onto a new property in a town that would normally require a permit for a new building of the same usage, you are required to get a permit.
