NEW OR RELOCATION OF ONE OR TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS ONTO A NEW SITE MUST MEET STANDARDS OF THE UNIFORM DWELLING CODE
YOU WILL NEED OCONTO COUNTY LAND USE / ZONING PERMIT PRIOR TO MAKING AN APPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT

If you have difficulty filling out this form just make a note of the issue and put it with the fee check that you send to me. I will fix the application form data when I receive your fee payment and process the application. When you exit the form there is a save and exit command.
I will then be able to retrieve the data and make any changes that are necessary to be compliant with state statutes.
Licensed contractors should be used on building homes as it is a protection for you. They should be able to give you their license number.
Send the fee payment and one copy of the building plan to me. This can be a paper copy or by PDF attachment to email to me.

Ask your HVAC contractor for a RESCHECK document. They will understand this request. It is part of the Energy Code. They or you can send that to me.

0 to 1499 Sq. ft. 650 dollars 500 dollars
1500 to 1999 Sq. ft 660 dollars 510 dollars
2000 to 3000 Sq ft. 680 dollars 530 dollars
Over 3000 Sq. ft add 20 cents a sq.ft. to the base fee of $680 or $530 for the additional footage beyond 3000.

UNDER 150 Sq. ft $20
151 to 600 Sq. ft $50
601 to 750 Sq.ft. $90
For buildings over 750 Sq. ft 15 cents a square foot.

RAZING A BUILDINGthat is now on propertytax records. $50
Cost of razing a structure under the Unfit For Human Habitation or abandonment are covered by State Statute 66.0413 as a special assent for property taxes.
COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
These are inspected and fall under the Uniform Commercial code by the state inspectors. An administrative fee of 20 cents a square foot is required for processing a proposal for new business in the community. Click Here to get more information.
